they are making it..... its going to be out next year! i have a few questions though... how can they make it better than the first one - i.e. scarier? the first one was pretty freaky to be fair.

Have you seen the Japanese version of The Ring? I think it's the original. It's just called 'Ring'. It was so bad... not scarey at all, just a little weird...

personally i thought The Ring was a horrid movie lol .... it was sooooo unrealistic an unbelievable that it made it really difficult to get scared ... at least thats the way it was for me ... who knows, maybe the second one will be better ..... anything is better than that first one

The Ring was the stupidest movie ever made, the commericals on tv when it first came out made it look sooooooo good then when u saw it, it was like "ok this is dumb i want my money back" theres this new movie comming out with Sarah Michelle Gellar called "The Grudge" and its really freaky lookin, i really wanna see it i just hope it isnt dumb like The Ring was

They really should quit making silly re-makes of perfectly good originals It's a different thing if the movie is very old or cheap or so, but we don't need these in my opinion.

No, I haven't seen it... but I want to!
I think that some re-makes are good. Like Romeo + Juliet by Baz Lurhman. That was the most awesome movie. Much better than the others. He actually made me like Leonardo DiCaprio. And that takes talent.
