I think that some re-makes are good. Like Romeo + Juliet by Baz Lurhman. That was the most awesome movie. Much better than the others. He actually made me like Leonardo DiCaprio. And that takes talent.

Yeah i agree with u Rotae..especially for Leonardo..i don't know why many people don't believe in his talent..i think he has proove it so many times...especially in one movie before his success with Titanic..i don't know how many of u have seen it, This Boy's life with Robert DeNiro.
Anyway...i don't know why but i like very much The Ring...i don't know if the 2 is better i don't think so..but the 1..it's great thriller in my opinion.

Well i to would love to see the Grudge as well,and i hope they make another part to go with The Ring.
But i would love to know why American directors keep making new versions of these Japanese films,when there no way as good?

i didnt know that the grudge had anything to do with a japanese film until i read it in the paper today.in the ratings they gave it 6 out of 10.
