On my mind....WTF (...sorry) is happening with this stupid internet connection!!!!!!......I was downloading a video....I had to wait just 1 more hour....and....and...and...noooooooooo.....it stoped....... ....I was 1 hour waiting.......

poor vache!that m,ust have been really annoying,on my mind is my mum,she was really poorly through the night,we had to send for the doctor to come out,but she is a lot better now,i am so tired though as i sat up all night with her...

on my mind...ive still got a bit of writers block, have had it well over 4 months now...and its bugging me...i keep opening the story but never seem to add to it...

the last thing i wrote was:

“Er…hello.” he eventually mustered.
“And this would be?” the other voice inquired, sounding even more agitated.
“It’s me.” There was no reply, or acknowledgment from Brendan so Rafe continued “Rafe…ya know, the bloke you’re dog licked er..” he shook his head and muttered under his breath, “I mean, liked…well I hope he liked me anyway and...I’ll stop now.” Sh!t…
“Aaaah buddy” the atmosphere lifted and the tone lightened, “was wondering when, more if you would call actually.” He laughed to himself.
Rafe was still mentally banging his head against a wall and biting his bottom lip to keep from screaming and waking his Aunt.
“So, how’s it going?” Brendan piped up.
“Erm..” he cleared his throat, “it’s well..I mean it’s going well…” he shook his head again, “I don’t know what’s the matter with me at all” he snorted and promptly held his breath. Brendan just laughed quietly.
“What’s say we make this a bit easier, how about a drink?” he paused, “now?”
Rafe looked at the clock and noted the time, looked down at his Aunt again, brushing a straggling piece of hair from her face and remembering what she had told him.
“Sure, your choice” Rafe said, boldly.
“I know this great little place just near the main entrance of the park, be there when you can?” the smile evident in his voice.
“Why not?” Rafe retorted, his own smile making an appearance.
They both bid their short farewell’s and hung up. Now it felt as though he could do anything, he was almost flying, things like this just didn’t happen to him. He had to grab it while the opportunity was still there. He slinked off the sofa and placed his Aunt’s head down on a cushion, before pulling the blanket over her, taking the DVD out and putting one of the television channels on. Gathering up his keys, he went in search of a notepad. He stuck a short note on the fridge and left, closing the door gently behind him.
His Aunt looked up at the door and smiled, then went to see what the note said:
‘Gone to see the boy. Wish me luck.’
She chuckled and went back to her spot on the sofa.

Rafe was putting some distance between himself and safety, finally taking the leap he’d been dreading. Now he just had to gather his strength to see it through.
