I was reading the Sunday Mail (I'm from Brisbane, Australia) and was reading the entertainment section when I came across a tidbit about internet poll that was done, although it doesn't state which website. The topic was the Worst Songs Ever. The Beatles' "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" was #1, and Five were in the top 5 with "We Will Rock You" along with Meatloaf's "I'll Do Anything For Love", Paul "Gazza" Gascoigne's "Fog on the Tyne" and "Diamond Lights" by Glenn Hoddle. grrr.....

Hi! ;)I consider that this, only subjective opinion , and does not cost from for this powerfully outlive. All not to please. That people which voted, mistaken.I allow else that possible was lower their other canto. But song " We will rock you" in their performance this simply masterpiece. They gave canto new life.Even participants Queen themselves adore Five, as they have performed this canto.Richard on scene as hurricane! But when sings " We will rock you" as if comes off wit,is returned completely, forgets on all , except most show. The Public comes to ecstasy. So I faith its eye, feeling.Rather then subjective opinion of the people. Five forever!!!!

i disagree that it is one of the worst songs ever,i think five sang it really well.i do agree about the others though, but not we will rock you.five did a great version of it.the gazza song was garbage though, even though i met his mum and sister and his sister was a really nice person.sorry, gazza!!

I'm sorry but i don't like the song either... Five made it better than the original was, that's true, but i still can't listen to it!

The Beatles' "Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da" was #1 This I can understand why *hehe* Now I can't get the annoying melody out of my head! Well, musical tastes are different.. Anyways the voters were probably of certain kinds of people, some silly biased Queen fans maybe, that just like to vote against anything like this. 5ive's version was much loved!

Is it too cynical to say "it's the Australian media... HELLO?" lol. Some people have no taste.
